Tax Tips

White Hats

As you may have discerned from my books and some of the articles on this page Revcan or CRA as it is currently known does not always play fair. Our convoluted tax system does not make it easy for either the taxpayer or tax collector to obey the Tax Act as I doubt that there is more than handful of people who know or understand tax law.

The abuse of the taxpayer has become so rampant that it was inevitable that a business should arise from this activity. Now there are getting to be legal firms that have singled out the protection of taxpayers from abuse by tax collectors as a lucrative pursuit (don't be confused by lawyers who claim to be acting for you in helping CRA collect tax on any unreported income. These are the ones with the lavish advertising budgets). When you can win a quarter of a million for taxpayers such a Saplys and millions for Pirruccio not to mention his secretary think of the potential.

The lawyers who won all that government money for Pirruccio and his secretary have identified taxpayer abuse as a growth industry and want to grow with it. So if:

1) You suspect CRA is abusing your rights,

2) You woke up this morning with your assets frozen by CRA,

3) Someone at CRA is attempting to seduce your secretary or in some other way trying harass you,

4) During your audit there are all sorts of other people being introduced to you as 'special assistants' or people without business cards keep showing up saying they are auditors, you can assume your being illegally investigated,

5) Members of your family are being questioned, interfered with or in some way harassed by Revcan or whatever they call themselves today,

It's time to sue CRA and get some money. As the tax cases you read about in 'Tackling the Taxman' showed, even the government has to obey the law. If they don't, these guys will make CRA either obey the law or pay you. Talk to either:

He may do for you what he did Nicholas Pirruccio and that was better than winning the lottery.
